*A $175 CLEAN/ADMIN FEE APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS, this fee is included in the weekly price stated above* High season covers peak period between the start of the summer school holidays until the end of January (7 night minimum) as well as all long weekends (3 night minimum) and Easter (4 night minimum). Shoulder season covers Feb - April and Sept - Nov. Low season is the remaining colder months. Minimum 2 night booking at all other times not specified.
